DURATION: You may watch the movie for 48 hours from purchase on up to 3 devices.

PROBLEMS

Sometimes you may find issues either paying or playing the film due to network or phone company delays in sending the required SMS message. If this happens you can try one of these options.

1. Try refreshing the page in your browser.

2. Try another and better network. If you have already paid you can simply use the 'ALREADY PURCHASED' tab of the payment window. This will let you play the film again.

If any of these do not work please email us on the email address below and, if possible, tell us the date and time of the purchase together with your mobile number/email address used for the purchase. We will reply as soon as is possible. If the fault is due to our service, a full refund will be made.
