Money Back Guarantee


If you have not received (or they are not as described on this website) paid for (payment must have been received in full by us) goods or services from MovieWorks, then by sending an email to customersupport@movieworks.org.uk quoting your payment/purchase/account details (you will have received this in the confirmation email/receipt from Movie Works (Yorkshire) Ltd) within 14 days, we will refund your payment. This does not alter any of your statutory legal rights.


All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.


If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer.


We will investigate any reasonable claims for refunds on receipt of returned faulty goods. Any upheld claims will be refunded within 5 working days from receipt of the faulty goods.


Refunds may be subject to security checks
